My visit was for a routine cleaning, and they took the time to ensure everything was done meticulously. Dr. Berger was attentive, though I felt that the process could have been a tad more expedited. Though it was a bit pricier than I’m used to, the quality of work justified it. I’ll consider coming back.

I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction, and while the procedure was successful, I felt a bit like I was on a conveyor belt. It’s efficient, but I prefer a more personalized approach, like how we value omotenashi in Japan.
