The staff was polite, and the clinic appeared well-maintained, which is appreciated. However, the treatment felt hurried, and the explanations given about my dental health were not as thorough as I would have preferred. In Japan, we value precision and detailed communication, so I hope this can be improved upon. I must mention, the clinic’s punctuality was commendable, which is always a sign of professionalism. Overall, it was an average experience, neither exceptional nor entirely disappointing.

When I asked about a particular tooth that had been troubling me, I didn’t feel my concerns were fully addressed. The environment was clean, alhamdulillah, but the warmth and understanding I value were missing. In our culture, the relationship with healthcare providers is important, and I felt this clinic could improve on making patients feel heard and valued. I urge them to consider this, especially for young patients like myself who seek a caring approach.

The doc seemed kind of rushed, and when I asked about whitening options, it was like they didn’t really have the latest info. Back home, we value that personal touch and keeping up with trends, you know? Plus, the waiting time was longer than I’d like, and that’s just not cool when you’re on a schedule. They gotta step it up if they want to keep up with the fast-paced life we live. Wouldn’t recommend unless they make some serious improvements.
