Dr. Lillaney Santosh was exceptionally meticulous and made sure to explain each step of the procedure with clarity, which I greatly appreciated. His demeanor was both professional and comforting, much akin to the hospitality we cherish back home in Sri Lanka. The clinic’s environment was hygienic and welcoming, though there was a slight delay in my appointment which I understand can happen. Overall, I left feeling confident about the dental care I received and would recommend this clinic for anyone seeking thorough and considerate treatment.

However, I found the consultation process a bit rushed, as if time was pressing. In my culture, we value a more thoughtful pace, especially when discussing health matters. Nevertheless, the clinic is clean and the staff is courteous. It might be beneficial if future appointments allowed for more dialogue. Overall, it was a decent experience and I will consider returning for future dental needs.
