She explained the procedures clearly, which helped reduce any anxiety. As someone who values thoroughness, I was pleased with the detailed examination and advice given. In our Indian culture, hospitality plays a big role, and the staff here was welcoming, which felt quite homely. The clinic was clean and organized, and I felt confident in the care I received. However, I think there’s room for improvement in managing appointment schedules to avoid waiting times. Overall, I would recommend this clinic to others.

Dr. Samuels is indeed a skilled practitioner, and I felt she was attentive to my dental issues. The clinic has a serene atmosphere, which is reminiscent of the calm and orderly environments I appreciate. However, there was a bit of a wait before my appointment, which slightly disrupted my schedule. In our culture, punctuality and respecting time are highly valued, so I hope this can be improved. The staff, however, was polite, and the dental cleaning was done meticulously. While the experience was not perfect, Dr. Samuels’ dedication is evident, and I can see myself returning here.

The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is due to a slight delay in my appointment, but the staff was very courteous about it.
