Dr. Trivedi was polite, and I appreciated how he explained everything before starting the cleaning. It reminded me of omotenashi, where the host anticipates your needs. However, the assistant wasn’t as friendly, which was a little disappointing. Still, my teeth felt very clean afterward, and the process was painless. I might visit again, but I hope the staff can be more welcoming next time!
