Dr. Ilan seemed more interested in rushing through the process than addressing my concerns about a persistent toothache. In my culture, we value taking the time to ensure everything is done correctly, and this appointment felt quite the opposite. I managed to ask about potential treatments for my sensitivity, but he did not provide much information. I ended up consulting a different dentist to get a second opinion. The appointment was rushed, and Dr. Ilan did not seem to listen to my concerns about my dental health. I was hoping for a more attentive consultation, as good communication is very much valued where I come from. Moreover, the clinic’s environment was not as calming as expected, which added to my unease. I ended up seeking treatment elsewhere to ensure my dental issues were properly addressed. I hope they can improve their service for future patients.
