The receptionist was so busy with her own hanashi (conversation) that I felt like an invisible character in an anime. I think they need to work on making the atmosphere more peaceful, like a cherry blossom festival. If things improve, maybe I’ll give it another chance. But for now, not a happy panda.

I had my teeth cleaned, and it felt like a fresh breeze of the Sundarbans. But the receptionist, uff! It’s like trying to get through a never-ending puja queue. Calls go unanswered, and rescheduling is a bit of a shomoshsha (problem). I love my dentist, but they really need to work on the front desk.
