The staff was not very friendly, and when I asked about a procedure, I felt like they didn’t listen well, kind of like when you try to explain your favorite anime to someone who doesn’t watch. I ended up paying more than I thought for a cleaning that didn’t feel gentle. I wish they could have been a bit more considerate and clear about the costs. Maybe I’ll try a different clinic next time—one where I can smile more!

In India, we often say, “A clear agreement is a peaceful mind,” but that was not the case here. The dentist’s focus seemed solely on recommending a costly procedure without exploring other options, which felt dismissive. This approach certainly doesn’t inspire confidence in their services. For now, I’ll be exploring other clinics that prioritize patient understanding and financial transparency.

January 28, 2025 at 8:35 amI went to Inwood Dental hoping for a straightforward check-up, but chale, the experience was not smooth at all. First, I was assured on the phone that my insurance was covered, but when I arrived, it was like they were speaking a different language—full price with no warning. Communication is key, my friends. The dentist seemed to be more interested in rushing through than understanding my concerns. As we say in Ghana, “slow down and let’s understand each other, small small.” I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon unless they work on being more transparent.
