The receptionists were very unfriendly, which is surprising for a place meant to take care of people’s smiles. The dentist was fine, but the way the staff conducts themselves is quite shocking. In Japan, we value politeness and efficiency, and this place lacks both. Unfortunately, I will have to search for another clinic that understands omotenashi (hospitality).

When I needed to change my cleaning appointment, it was like I asked her for a kidney! The dentist is okay, but they’re always chatting away like it’s a telenovela while I’m sitting there with my mouth open. Honestly, the only reason I still go is porque está cerca de mi casa. But if you value being treated with a bit of warmth, maybe look elsewhere.

It was as if they had never heard the saying, “hospitality is from faith.” Furthermore, the dentist did not seem to have the time to address my concerns fully, which felt disrespectful. At my age, one seeks comfort and respect, not the hurried manner I encountered here. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a dignified experience.
