In Kenya, we say “Pole pole ndio mwendo” (Slowly is the way to go), but not when you’re waiting in pain. The rushed service and lack of care were disappointing. I’ll be seeking dental care elsewhere.

In Oz, we value a “fair go,” but I didn’t feel like I got one here. Might need to find a dentist who knows the meaning of being on time.

It was like they didn’t care about my pain. I felt so uncomfortable, like I was a bother to them. I think I’ll find somewhere else next time, where they make me feel more at ease, like in a warm hug.

As we Punjabis say, “Dil nahi laga unka kaam mein” (Their heart wasn’t in the work). I think it’s better to look for a dentist who values your time and teeth more.

There is a Bulgarian saying, “Работата не върви на зле, а на по-зле” (Things are not going bad, they are going worse), and this fits perfectly here. The hygienist lacked professionalism, and the environment was rather cold and unfriendly. I cannot recommend this place.
