The appointment was changed a couple of times, which reminded me of those Greek ferry schedules—always unpredictable! I went in for a simple cleaning, but the whole process felt rushed. The staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than in helping the patients. The dentist was polite but didn’t take much time to explain things, which left me feeling like I was missing something important. In Greece, we take time with these things, you know? A bit more of the philoxenia (hospitality) would be nice. Overall, it felt like a missed opportunity for better care.

My appointment was delayed, and I was not informed properly. The staff’s demeanor was less than courteous, which was quite disappointing. I went for a tooth extraction, but the procedure felt hurried, and there was little explanation given. It is important to approach such matters with humility and care, which was absent here. For a clinic to operate efficiently, it must uphold the values of sincerity and attentiveness, which I felt were missing.

I went in for a check-up and cleaning, but was not treated with the warmth and care I expected. The receptionist was not welcoming, and my appointment time was not respected. The dentist seemed in a hurry, and I didn’t feel my concerns were truly heard. In our culture, we value respect and thoroughness, which I felt was absent. The staff was a bit dismissive, and they changed my appointment twice without much notice. I went for a cavity filling, and the dentist seemed like he was in a rush. Also, the tools didn’t look super clean, which was a bit worrying. In India, we often say “Atithi Devo Bhava” which means the guest is God, but I didn’t feel like a guest here. Not sure I’ll go back, to be honest.
