I had to get an x-ray and it was a bit awkward because the hygienist only spoke Spanish. Luckily, someone helped translate, but it was still kinda confusing. The dentist seemed chill and knew what she was doing, but the whole experience could have been smoother. Not the worst, but definitely not the best either.

In India, we often talk about “service with a smile,” but here, the atmosphere was rather dreary. I had an appointment, yet I still waited for over an hour, which was quite surprising. The dental equipment seemed a bit old-fashioned, and the interaction with the staff felt impersonal. On a positive note, the dentist was knowledgeable and efficient with my cleaning. However, the overall experience left much to be desired in terms of hospitality and warmth.
