Dr. Sonkin knows his craft, but the front office seemed a bit overwhelmed, like they were dealing with too many patients at once. Diane the hygienist was a breath of fresh air, though; she handled everything with a smile and care. In Kenya, we appreciate that kind of warmth and attention. If they can sort out the front desk hustle, it would be a much better experience.

Dr. Sonkin was professional, no doubt, but the appointment felt hurried, and I didn’t get much time to ask questions. Diane, the hygienist, did a good job with the cleaning, alhamdulillah. The front desk could use some training in customer service; their abruptness was not appreciated. Overall, it was okay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Dr. Sonkin was competent, yet the overall experience lacked warmth. The hygienist Diane was pleasant, but the reception staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. In Saudi, we value hospitality and thoroughness in service, and unfortunately, this clinic fell short in those aspects. Improvements in patient interaction and communication are necessary for a better experience.
