April 22, 2025 at 2:06 pmAt Sussman Pearl DDS, I felt at ease from the start. The staff was warm and welcoming, much like the hospitality I cherish back home. Dr. Sussman’s care was evident in how she took her time to ensure I understood my treatment plan, much like a trusted family member advising you. The clinic’s respect for privacy and comfort aligned well with my values. While the wait was slightly longer than expected, the quality of service made it worthwhile. I left with a bright smile and a sense of reassurance—truly appreciative of their efforts!

March 18, 2025 at 2:27 pmVisiting Sussman Pearl DDS was quite a satisfying experience. The moment I walked in, I felt like I was in a modern dental clinic back in Kolkata, but with an American twist. Dr. Sussman is truly dedicated to her craft, ensuring each patient receives personalized care. The way she explained my dental issues reminded me of the patience and thoroughness of doctors back home. Her hygienist, Jenny, was incredibly gentle—like an artist at work. My only suggestion would be to include more evening appointments, as juggling a busy lifestyle in NYC can be challenging. Overall, a commendable service!

January 28, 2025 at 4:46 pmThe experience at Sussman Pearl DDS was quite impressive. As someone who values precision and efficiency, I appreciated Dr. Sussman’s attention to detail. She explained every step of the procedure clearly, much like how my teachers would in school, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The clinic’s environment was soothing, with an aesthetic that reminded me of the clean lines and minimalism I admire in Japanese design. It would be perfect if the clinic also offered some traditional Japanese tea in the waiting area—just a thought! Overall, a highly recommended place for dental care.

November 25, 2024 at 3:11 pmSussman Pearl DDS offers decent dental services, but my experience was mixed. Dr. Sussman is undoubtedly skilled, and her effort to save my tooth was commendable. However, I did encounter a scheduling hiccup that was reminiscent of the bureaucratic delays I’ve faced in India. Communication could be improved, especially when coordinating appointments. That said, the staff was polite, and the clinic maintained cleanliness akin to high standards. If they can streamline their processes a bit, this place would be even better.
