Dr. Teran has a knack for making you feel at ease, especially when you’re someone like me who gets a bit anxious about dental visits. The staff is friendly and respectful, which is something I truly appreciate. I went in for a cleaning and a check-up, and they were thorough and professional. The waiting time was a bit long, but I guess that’s the norm these days. A small improvement there would make a big difference. Overall, I left with a brighter smile and a sense of satisfaction. Waxaan rajaynayaa inaan dib u soo laabto mar kale! (I look forward to coming back again!)

The clinic is vibrant, which matches my style, and the staff were generally accommodating. However, my experience was mixed. The examination was thorough, and Dr. Teran seemed knowledgeable. Yet, I felt the communication could be improved; I had to wait longer than expected without much explanation, which was a tad frustrating. In our culture, time is valued, and a little more transparency would enhance the experience greatly. Despite this, I appreciate the effort in making the clinic a colorful and welcoming space. With a few tweaks, this place could truly shine.
