I went in for a cleaning and filling, and it felt like they were trying to sell me a whole dental plan! In India, we value honesty and service, but this was something else. They suggested this, that, and the other, without much explanation. My teeth were okay at the end, but the process left a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively. As an African American man who values service and integrity, this place didn’t measure up. They were more focused on the bottom line than providing solid dental care. I came in for basic services and was immediately upsold on unnecessary treatments. Felt like they were treating me like a walking dollar sign rather than a patient. To say I was unimpressed would be an understatement. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
