February 16, 2025 at 9:57 amUpper East Side Dentistry presents itself with a level of professionalism akin to what one might expect in a Mumbai corporate environment. Dr. Freda is quite skilled, and the clinic is impeccably maintained. However, during my visit, there was a strong focus on suggesting additional procedures, such as a deep clean. It reminded me of the persistent sales pitches one might encounter in an Indian bazaar. While I appreciate the thoroughness, it felt somewhat excessive given my routine check-up. The staff, however, was attentive, and the appointment was punctual. It’s a clinic with potential, but I would advise clarity in communication for future visits.

November 6, 2024 at 9:04 amUpper East Side Dentistry is quite efficient, though my experience was a bit mixed. The clinic is very clean and modern, which I appreciate, similar to the streamlined aesthetics of a Tokyo office. However, I felt a slight pressure when they suggested additional treatments like Invisalign. It reminded me of the subtle upselling you might encounter in Shibuya, with its myriad of choices. Nevertheless, the staff was courteous and the waiting time, minimal. Dr. Freda was polite and seemed knowledgeable, though I wish the cleaning was a tad more thorough. It’s a decent place, but I left feeling a bit like I had ordered a bento box and only received half the meal.

November 2, 2024 at 11:43 amWell, let me tell you, Upper East Side Dentistry is like a breath of fresh Caribbean sea air! Dr. Freda is a gem, truly. Her warm smile makes you feel like you’re sitting in your auntie’s kitchen, sipping on some sorrel. I appreciate how she takes the time to explain every little detail, ensuring you understand and feel comfortable. The clinic itself is bright and welcoming, like the sun shining down on a Kingston morning. They didn’t try to sell me on any unnecessary treatments, which is a relief because, as my granny always said, “Don’t fix what ain’t broken!” Overall, it’s a place that cares for your pearly whites with genuine warmth and professionalism.
