The clinic itself is quite modern, and the equipment seemed up-to-date, which is always reassuring. The dentist was friendly and explained the process clearly, which I appreciated as it added a personal touch. However, the wait time was longer than I’d like, and it seemed like they were a bit understaffed. In India, we often value hospitality and efficiency together, and I think they could improve on balancing both. Overall, not bad, but room for improvement, especially with scheduling.

The initial consultation was okay, but the procedure for my cavity filling was delayed significantly, which tested my patience. While the staff was polite, and the atmosphere was calm, the lack of promptness was disappointing. In Korea, efficiency and respect for time are highly valued, and I felt this was lacking here. I hope they improve on this aspect to better serve their patients.

The clinic was clean, which I appreciated greatly, reflecting a commitment to hygiene that is much valued. However, the wait was longer than expected, which was not ideal given my busy schedule. The dentist was courteous and explained the procedure well, but the efficiency could be improved.
