Dr. Alert explained the procedures well, which I found reassuring. However, the billing process was a bit confusing, and I had to clarify several charges with them. They were cooperative in resolving this, but it took some time. As we say back home, “sab kuch theek hona chahiye” (everything should be alright), and they did make an effort to ensure that. Overall, the experience was decent, but there’s room for improvement in transparency.

During my visit for a filling, I found the process to be satisfactory, but not exceptional. As an elder, I value precision and care, and I felt more attention could be given to these during the procedure. Communication was clear, but I would have appreciated more detailed explanations of the treatment steps. “Ganbatte” (do your best) to the team. I think they have the potential to improve their service quality.

The clinic maintains a clean environment, which is very important to me. They were thorough with the cleaning and advised me on better dental hygiene practices, which I appreciated. However, the wait time was a bit longer than expected, which could be improved. Overall, I felt well taken care of, and the staff was respectful and understanding of my needs. As we say, “sehat da khayal rakhna zaroori hai” (it’s important to take care of health), and this clinic does just that. I would recommend it to my family and friends.
