I appreciate good service and clear communication, and unfortunately, both were lacking here. I came in for a cosmetic consultation and a regular cleaning, but the details around costs were not well-explained. Dr. Shah seemed to know his stuff but was quite hard to understand, maybe due to the mask and the rush. The decor was nice, but the service left something to be desired. Not terrible, but I expected more.

The staff were friendly, and they did their best to make me feel comfortable. However, the communication could use some work, especially when it comes to insurance details.
